Clean room, friendly staff, with the hotel being pet-friendly, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we appreciated the convenience of having a complimentary breakfast available to start our day right.

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay on vacation.

Room was high quality and perfectly clean and fairly clean.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Outstanding service from the EXCELLENT, amicable staff members. Location adjacent to center of town and fair grounds and Lufkin, TX.

The water pressure in the shower, wow, it was like a fire hose, not what I expected. And no one even thought to offer me an upgrade when I arrived, just plain rude. I almost gave a good review, but those inconveniences woudl ve been unforgivable!

Everything was so nice and clean. I loved that it was pet-friendly, a big plus for me. A special shoutout to housekeeping for reaching out about items i left behind! Guests loved the hot tub for some relaxation.

Internet connection was slower than expected, challenging to keep up with work emails. The suite had a full kitchen and a cozy ambiance. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy too, made traveling with my dog much easier.

The hotel was not only very clean but also offered spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a huge fridge were great. And I appreciated the relaxing pool area.

Queen room featured two spacious beds, providing ample comfort for the family. Water pressure in the shower hit like a jet stream, waking me up in an invigorating way each morning.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. They were lax in changing bed linens on schedule and trash wasn't emptied unless prompted. Some equipment, like the printer in the office center, often malfunctioned, frustrating on a work trip.

The suite we booked was spacious and perfect for our large family. We even enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare snacks. The kids loved hanging out in the pool area while we appreciated the cleanliness of the place.

My wife wishes there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

I had a great stay! The room was super clean, and I really loved that it’s pet-friendly. But they did charge extra for smoking, which was frustrating.

Loved my perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. the room was high quality and spotless with a sofa, had essentials required. - the location was particularly good - short walk to the center of town, Lufkin, TX and restaurants and shopping. - Also, this hotel was located 3 miles away from Ellen Trout Zoo.
